These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Captain Castaway website and your purchases from our store, operated by Captain Castaway LLC (“Captain Castaway,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud, and will refund any amount charged in that case.

Products

We work to display colors and details accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. Inventory is limited and availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Captain Castaway is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
